All bookings made for the hotel have to be paid in advance: A deposit of 50% after confirmation of reservation. 50% upon arrival.
Payment can be made by Credit Card / Bank Transfer
Guests must check in with passport or ID card.
A check-in voucher will be sent via email or fax for reference.
The hotel accepts Thai Baht / Visa Card / Master Card.
Compulsory dinners apply on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW

Penalty of 5.5% for cancellations made up to 30 days before confirmed check-in date.
Penalty of 50% for cancellations made within 14-29 days before confirmed check-in date.
No refund in case of:
3.1 Cancellations made within 14 days before confirmed check-in date.
3.2 Late check-in (check-in after confirmed check-in date)..
3.3 Early check-out (check-out before confirmed check-out date)..
